Aaron M. Adams brings over 20 years of comprehensive IT support, biometrics, cybersecurity, and system administration experience to ResponseForce1. As a results-driven Technical Services and Support Professional, Aaron specializes in biometric systems, IT infrastructure management, and remote support operations that are critical to emergency response and incident management operations. Professional Background Aaron currently serves as our Director, Technical Services and Support. He formerly held a similar role at Fulcrum Biometrics (A Fujitsu Company), where he managed a global technical support team while overseeing the installation, configuration, and certification of LiveScan fingerprinting systems and biometric hardware. His expertise extends to critical compliance management, serving as CJIS Administrator and Compliance Liaison, ensuring strict adherence to FBI security standards. He has also managed Active Directory and VPN security systems, including Sophos MFA and OpenVPN configurations. Military and Emergency Management Experience Aaron's foundation in emergency preparedness stems from his honorable service as a Non-Commissioned Officer (SSgt, E-5) in the U.S. Air Force from 1994-2002. During his military service, he managed classified military personnel systems and encrypted communications, leading IT and HR operations including system administration and compliance audits. He was honorably discharged with multiple excellence awards, demonstrating his commitment to operational excellence under pressure.
